Tourist tax from April to October:
1.00 € per person per day (max 21 days, excluding children under 15 years old)

Check-In 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. (late Check in 50€ extra).
Last Check-Out 10:00 am (non-compliance involves the payment of an extra day)
Security deposit:  200.00€ credit card or cash, refunded on departure after inspection of the apartment.

Bed linen and towels.
PARKING within 100m.
Final standard cleaning.
Weekly linen change for stays of 2 or more weeks.

EXTRA SERVICES ON REQUEST:

Garage within 100m: 15.00 € per day if available.
Extra cleaning of the apartments, with a change of linen and towels (to be asked at short notice and with local charge): LOFT /PATIO 75.00 €, MASTER / PANORAMIC 90.00 €; ATTIC 120.00 €.

Bed linen change  10.00€ per person.
Bath linen change  10.00€ per person.
Baby Cot and high chair (reservations required):
Baby Cot: 40.00€
High baby chair  2.50€ per day
Air conditioning is available without extra cost for ordinary use (standard use: 4-7-10 Kw-h max per day respectively for 1-2-3 bedrooms apartments); for extraordinary use extra fee is 0,50€ x Kw-h and can be determined by the dedicated counters inside the apartments.
The outdoor Jacuzzi in the winter period (except New Year’s Eve) requires booking at least 48 hours in advance with payment of an extra to be agreed based on the length of the stay.

MISCELLANEOUS:

1. No smoking policy
Inside the Resort smoking is not allowed

2. Responsibility for theft or damage
Not liable for any theft of personal property of the Resort;
Any damage, theft or breakage of goods licensed, will be charged to the customer and the sum will also be refunded by the deposit paid in cash or from credit card guarantee.

3. Pets
Pets are allowed, but there is an extra fee of 10€ per night. there could be some restrictions on some types of apartments. Please send a specific request via email for more details.

4. Please note that
For the decoration of the resort, please do not hang in the windows or outside the clothing, towels or whatever.

5.Outdoor Jacuzzi (mod. Santorini) on the terrace of villa Venezia.
For the correct functioning of the outdoor hot tub of the Master and Attic apartments, we remind you not to use soaps, oils or other solvents.
N.B.: During winter period (with the exception of New Year’s Eve) the external Jacuzzi can be activated upon request with at least 48 hours’ notice and the payment of an extra fee, based on the length of the stay.

PAYMENT:

30% payment to confirm and remaining on arrival, by bank transfer, cash or credit card.
The cancellation must be notified in writing within 15 days from the date of arrival, in the absence will be charged the full amount.
